The Downtown Rescue Mission Foundation has been created as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to provide financial support for the Downtown Rescue Mission of Huntsville, Alabama.

The Foundation allows donors to give a significant gift through trusts, legacies, insurances, property, etc., which are used for investments. That way the principle remains in the foundation and the interest can be used for any operation or capital needs of the Mission. This allows the Mission to budget better for its needs, both for the present and the future.
